This service is a one off cost. Our property managers are able to help you find tyour ideal tenant. We will take full instructions from you on all requirements. We will advertise your property and take applications from potential tenants. All applicants will be credit checked, affordability checked and all Right to Rent checks will be completed. Once a suitable tenant has been found we will pass them on to you.

This service plan includes an upfront cost ad then a monthly fee equivalent to 15% of your rental demand. The ongoing monthly fee is not due until 60 days after instructing us to find your tenant, or when a tenant moves in, whichever is sooner. The ongoing fee is to ensure proper monies available for ongoing maintenance and repairs for your property. ONLY ONE RENTAL PROPERTY PER PURCHASE. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE PROPERTIES YOU MUST PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PLANS.

THIS PLAN HAS AN ONGOING MONTHLY FEE  EQUIVALENT TO 15% OF RENTAL DEMAND AFTER THE UPFRONT COST

This is our most comprehensive service plan. This service plan has an upfront cost followed by a monthly fee equivalent to 22% of your rental demand. The monthly fee is not due until 60 days after you instruct us to find a tenant or when your tenant moves in, whichever is sooner. As with other plans we will advetise your property and secure your ideal tenant. We will then take payment of your rent up front and deposit. The deposit will be secured in an authorised scheme on your behalf. All maintenance and repairs will be handled directly by us. This plan is our most inclusive as it also includes rent collection, and all management paperwork.

THIS IS TO COMPLY WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS ON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES WHO HANDLE CLIENTS FUNDS AND THE FRAMEWORKS WHIH MUST BE IN PLACE. ONCE THESE HAVE BEEN MET WE WILL BE ABLE TO PROCESS RENT PAYMENTS DIRECTLY.

This service plan is a one off payment. There is no ongoing fee for this service. Once your tenant has been found our team will handle all rent payments for you, including the initial rent and deposit. You will be responsible for securing the deposit in a scheme with this plan.

Each month we will collect the rent and process this to you. We will also be available for any paperwork required for a 12 month period. This can include inspection notifications, late rent notification and eviction notices.

This is a block booking of 10 property viewings. One purchase entitles you to have 10 seperate viewings. This blook booking offers a £130 saving on purchasing 10 individual viewings.

We also offer individual bookings for a smaller one off cost.
