Full Property Maintenance

This is our most comprehensive service plan. This service plan has an upfront cost followed by a monthly fee equivalent to 22% of your rental demand. The monthly fee is not due until 60 days after you instruct us to find a tenant or when your tenant moves in, whichever is sooner. As with other plans we will advetise your property and secure your ideal tenant. We will then take payment of your rent up front and deposit. The deposit will be secured in an authorised scheme on your behalf. All maintenance and repairs will be handled directly by us. This plan is our most inclusive as it also includes rent collection, and all management paperwork.

 

ONCE THIS SERVICE PLAN UPFRONT COST HAS BEEN PAID FOR PLEASE RETURN TO THE LANDLORD SERVICE PLAN AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS YOUR ONGOING INSTRUCTIONS.

THIS PLAN HAS AN ONGOING MONTHLY FEE  EQUIVALENT TO 22% OF RENTAL DEMAND AFTER THE UPFRONT COST.

AT THIS TIME, DUE TO REGULATIONS IN PROCESS WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE PAYMENT OF RENT DIRECTLY. THIS IS EXPECTED TO CHANGE SOON. THIS IS TO COMPLY WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS ON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES WHO HANDLE CLIENTS FUNDS AND THE FRAMEWORKS WHIH MUST BE IN PLACE. ONCE THESE HAVE BEEN MET WE WILL BE ABLE TO PROCESS RENT PAYMENTS DIRECTLY.
