Find Tenant and Maintenance

This service plan includes an upfront cost ad then a monthly fee equivalent to 15% of your rental demand. The ongoing monthly fee is not due until 60 days after instructing us to find your tenant, or when a tenant moves in, whichever is sooner. The ongoing fee is to ensure proper monies available for ongoing maintenance and repairs for your property. ONLY ONE RENTAL PROPERTY PER PURCHASE. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE PROPERTIES YOU MUST PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PLANS.

ONCE THIS SERVICE PLAN UPFRONT COST HAS BEEN PAID FOR PLEASE RETURN TO THE LANDLORD SERVICE PLAN AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS YOUR ONGOING INSTRUCTIONS.
