Find Tenant and Paperwork

This service plan is a one off payment. There is no ongoing fee for this service. Once your tenant has been found our team will handle all rent payments for you, including the initial rent and deposit. You will be responsible for securing the deposit in a scheme with this plan.

Each month we will collect the rent and process this to you. We will also be available for any paperwork required for a 12 month period. This can include inspection notifications, late rent notification and eviction notices.

AT THIS TIME, DUE TO REGULATIONS IN PROCESS WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE PAYMENT OF RENT DIRECTLY. THIS IS EXPECTED TO CHANGE SOON. THIS IS TO COMPLY WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS ON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES WHO HANDLE CLIENTS FUNDS AND THE FRAMEWORKS WHIH MUST BE IN PLACE. ONCE THESE HAVE BEEN MET WE WILL BE ABLE TO PROCESS RENT PAYMENTS DIRECTLY.
