Maintenance Only

This service plan has an upfront cost of £185 followed by an ongoing monthly fee equivalent to 12% of your rental demand. This ongoing monthly fee is not due until 60 days after you instruct us to find your tennt or when your tenant moves in, whichever is sooner.

The ongoing fee provides funds for all ongoing maintenance and repairs of the property.

ONCE THIS SERVICE PLAN UPFRONT COST HAS BEEN PAID FOR PLEASE RETURN TO THE LANDLORD SERVICE PLAN AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS YOUR ONGOING INSTRUCTIONS.

THIS PLAN HAS AN ONGOING MONTHLY FEE  EQUIVALENT TO 12% OF RENTAL DEMAND AFTER THE UPFRONT COST
