Find Tenant Only

This service is a one off cost. Our property managers are able to help you find tyour ideal tenant. We will take full instructions from you on all requirements. We will advertise your property and take applications from potential tenants. All applicants will be credit checked, affordability checked and all Right to Rent checks will be completed. Once a suitable tenant has been found we will pass them on to you.

ONCE THIS PLAN HAS BEEN PAID FOR YOU MUST RETURN TO THE LANDLORD SERVICES PAGE AND BOOK APPOINTMENT TO GIVE US YOUR IDEAL TENANT SPECIFICATIONS
